Discovery

You will be able to discover the following items on the network:

• Hardware – Desktops and Laptops
  • Sample of the data to be captured – IP address, user, make (in some cases), model, installed memory, disk space (available and allocated), operating system, OS and release level, processor and processor speed
  • Software – All software that is installed on the above hardware
    • Sample of the data to be captured – Software title, installed date, and last used
  • Network Infrastructure – Routers, Switches, IP Telephones, Printers, Multi-Functional Devices and any IP device
    • Data captured – Vendor and model

Monitoring

You will be able to monitor all adds, changes, deletes and moves, as often as you desire.  You determine how often this process is done.

Asset History

A historical record of each item discovered will be maintained

Reporting and Data Transfer

• Reporting – We have a number of pre-defined reports and the give you the ability to create your own. 

• Data Transfer – All data collected can be exported into other software packages via a flat file.
