Expanding the Courtroom to the Web

HyperCourt.com is a secure web multi‐lingual interface into the HyperCourt Solution that will allow Citizens, Lawyers, Bonding Companies and other interested parties to transact business and query online.  This solution has the potential to bring in more and/or new revenue streams and reduce labor expenses with a combination of free, convenience fees and subscription based services. The components are:

• eAccess Citizen – Query and Print Case Information, Ability to Pay a Cash Bond, and “Self” Adjudication Requests such as Continuance, Time to Pay, Defensive Driving or Deferred Payment, in multiple languages.
• eAccess Lawyer – Advanced Access and eFile (Electronic filing of court documents)
• eAccess Bonding – Electronic execution of Surety bonds
