eBusiness 1 provides formal price quotes which detail the items being acquired, implementation and training terms, as well as eBusiness 1's standard one (1) year warranty agreement.
Additionally, eBusiness 1 quotes include a project planning document that details the steps for implementation, the role of the customer and the role of eBusiness 1 personnel. When an order is accepted, eBusiness 1 requests a Purchase Order as the formal authorization instrument. eBusiness 1 can accept Price Quotes signature authorization with the follow-up of a formal agreement.
When an authorization through a Purchase Order is received a Relationship Manager is assigned to the customer to ensure that all products, services and other deliverables are received, to the customers satisfaction.
